Welcome to CovYouth on Mighty Networks!  

We're here to be a community of Youth Ministry Leaders who are Known, Resourced and Connected.

What to expect from our CovYouth - Mighty Network...

• A Youth Ministry Community: Imagine a community of Youth Ministry Leaders who intentionally connected with one another, asked questions and shared their resources.  The Community Section in our Mighty Network is more than a Facebook Group.  First of all, there's no Facebook!  No distraction!  No post that makes our blood boil!  This is about Youth Ministry and loving students towards a life of following Jesus.  We hope you'll feel free to ask your Youth Ministry Questions and participate in responding to others.
• Resources: From Curriculum to Games, Ministry Safety to recommended Books.  We'll continue to add to our growing Resource Library so you can try out the latest tools in the Youth Ministry World.
• Resource Exchange: We have some incredibly creative Youth Ministry Leaders in the Covenant.  Some create games that students love, others write engaging small group material.  We've seen Youth Pastors come up with creative ideas for single day events and challenging Student Leadership experiences.  If you've created something worth sharing, post it in our Resource Exchange for others to use.  If your resources gets used by others, we might add it to our Resource Library.  We all win when we collaborate together.
• Coaching: Sometimes we just need to talk with someone about how life and ministry are going.  Coaching is a great opportunity to have someone actively listen to you and help you process your next steps.
• Training: We can all get better at doing the work of Youth Ministry.  When we think of all the moving part of Youth Ministry, (Loving students, preparing small groups, planning events, interacting with parents, collecting forms, raising money, finding volunteers and cleaning the carpet), there's a lot to learn.  We don't have to learn everything at once but we should continue to grow and get better and what we do.
• Conference Connections: Each Conference has their own Conference Space in our Mighty Network.  Click the "See More" button to view all of the available spaces to join.  When you find your Conference, click "Join" to be added to the group.  Within our smaller Conference Spaces you can sign up for Conference Events, plan collaborative events and get to know those serving close to you.
• Online Gatherings: We want to provide our Youth Ministry Leaders with a space to get together online for regular encouragement, equipping and connection.  While some of us have regular connections with small groups of Covenant Youth Pastors, the majority of our Youth Ministry Leaders aren't connected.  We'd like to change that!

Isolation and stagnation are the enemies of good Youth Ministry.  When you join CovYouth, you'll be surrounded by a community of Youth Ministry Leaders who are committed to knowing one another, sharing their resources and striving to get better at reaching students and helping them walk with Jesus for a lifetime.

This Mighty Network would not be possible without the support of the Youth Ministry Conference Coaches in the ECC.  These women and men work hard to connect with our Youth Ministry Leaders, discover new Youth Ministry Resources and support Youth Ministry.
